Lake Brienz: Topping out for Florens Resort & Suites
The topping-out ceremony for the Florens Resort & Suites was celebrated in Oberried on Lake Brienz. The shell of the first eight apartment buildings has been completed.
After the completion of the structural work of the first houses, the excavation of the other buildings is now proceeding.
With Florens Resort & Suites, an "eco-lifestyle resort" with 155 apartments and suites is being built directly on Lake Brienz. Completion is planned for 2020/21. The 65,000-square-meter site will also include its own marina for the owners of the vacation properties. The property will also be used to produce organic food for personal consumption. (ah)
