Geneva: Regus rents space at Lyon 77
Business center operator Regus will open a location in the Lyon 77 high-rise project in Geneva's Les Charmilles district.
Starting in November 2019, they will take over two floors with nearly 1,400 square meters of space in the future Lyon 77, Regus announced. It will be the tenth Regus location in the canton of Geneva; Regus will then operate 38 locations throughout Switzerland.
When completed, Lyon 77 will be the tallest building in Les Charmilles, with 14 floors and 49 meters. The first floor will have restaurant space, seven floors will have offices totaling 4,000 square meters, and 34 apartments are planned for the top seven floors.
The owner and developer of Lyon 77 is the La Foncière real estate fund, with Hestia acting as general contractor. Pilet & Renaud is coordinating the project penned by the architectural firm 3BM3 and, together with SPG Intercity, is also responsible for marketing the space.
