Halter will relocate its headquarters from Zurich West to Schlieren. Around 200 workplaces will be set up on an area of 5,000 square meters for Halter AG and its sister companies Halter Immobilien and Raumgleiter. Coworking workplaces are also planned. Halter is expected to move into the space in the fourth quarter of 2020, Swiss Prime Site Immobilien says.

According to Peter Lehmann, CEO of Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, 75 percent of the currently available space in the former NZZ printing plant has now been leased. At the end of 2016, the real estate company had already acquired the service company Zühlke as an anchor tenant.

Swiss Prime Site acquired the property at the end of 2015 in order to develop the well-developed site with a land area of around 26,700 sqm and reposition it as a "site for innovation, entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer". (ah)
