Ellikon: Fortimo lays foundation stone for residential development
Fortimo Invest has laid the foundation stone for the Bruggwisen.ch residential development. Seven apartment buildings with rental and owner-occupied apartments are being built in Ellikon an der Thur (ZH).
A total of 56 rental apartments are distributed among four of the seven apartment buildings, and the remaining three buildings contain a total of 32 condominiums - each divided into 2.5- to 4.5-room apartments.
According to Fortimo, about 25 percent of the condominiums are reserved and 30 percent of the rental apartments are rented. The first apartments should be ready for occupancy from spring 2020. (ah)
