Suurstoffi: Coworking provider Spaces rents in Aglaya
Spaces will set up a coworking location in the Aglaya garden tower in Suurstoffi in Risch-Rotkreuz.
Starting in November 2019, Spaces plans to occupy a total of 1,809 sqm on four floors at Aglaya. Flexible workplaces for 250 people are to be created. The office in Suurstoffi will be Spaces' first coworking location in the canton of Zug. So far, the company has one location each in Zurich and Geneva, with two more coworking spaces planned in Zurich and one in Basel.
The Aglaya is a 70-meter-high high-rise building currently under construction in the Suurstoffi area of Zug Estates AG. In addition to office space, it will include condominiums with green balconies in particular.
Spaces was supported by CBRE Zurich as part of the leasing process. (ah)
