Zurich: Five new tenants at The Circle
Further new tenants have been found for the major project The Circle at Zurich Airport. Three companies will move into the "Headquarters & Offices" module and two companies into the "House of Health".
As the co-ownership of Zurich Airport and Swiss Life announced on Wednesday, Raiffeisen Switzerland and the two IT companies Isolutions and Totemo will rent a total of around 8,000 sqm of office space in the "Headquarters & Offices" module. In the "House of Health", Victoria Apotheke Zürich and Neuroth Hörcenter AG will each occupy a first floor area.
The "Health & Beauty" module is to house medical services on more than 11,000 sq. m. Among other things, the University Hospital Zurich will set up an outpatient health center there. The "House of Health" is to complement this offering, with the focus here on topics such as prevention and health.
The co-ownership further informs that the construction work is progressing according to plan. Three of the six buildings have reached the final height. The Circle is scheduled to open in 2020. (ah)
