Crans-Montana: Six Senses builds luxury resort
Thai hotel group Six Senses plans to open Six Senses Crans-Montana in 2021. It is the company's first resort and residences project in Switzerland.
Six Senses Crans-Montana will include 47 apartments and 17 private residences, with 13 residences permitted to be sold to non-Swiss residents as second homes. According to a statement from the hotel group, the sizes of the private properties vary from 210 to 330 square feet, and are four- to five-bedroom apartments with two to three bathrooms and a three-bay garage. Prices start at CHF 6.3 million.
Construction for the resort began in October 2017, and the project's cooperation partner is financial advisor 1875 Finance. London-based real estate consultancy Sorores has taken over the global business development of the project, according to a Six Senses statement, and the local broker is Barnes.
The resort also includes two restaurants and a bar, as well as a 2,000-square-foot spa, gym and pool area. (ah)
