MobiFonds invests in the Lake Geneva region
Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management's MobiFonds Swiss Property is investing CHF 39 million in the new Eglantine neighborhood in Morges in the canton of Vaud.

The Eglantine quarter is being built in the northeast of Morges. MobiFonds Swiss Property is investing there in the realization of two buildings that will comprise 70 apartments and around 300 square meters of commercial space. Part of it will be available for a public neighborhood center, the fund management informs.
The notarization of the two plots of land took place on November 21, 2018, the statement continues. The building permit for one building has already been issued and construction work is expected to start soon. The commissioning will be staggered from the end of 2020.
The MobiFonds Swiss Property portfolio currently comprises 21 existing or projected investments worth around CHF 870 million; 15 properties are fully operational. (ah)
