Flims: Stenna development is opened
The large-scale Stenna project opens in Flims. The owner is the CSA Real Estate Switzerland investment group of Credit Suisse Investment Foundation.
Stenna Flims covers an area of around 60,000 square meters and includes residential buildings with a total of 135 vacation apartments directly on the slopes, as well as a main building with a design hotel with 47 rooms, a wellness and fitness center, a cinema with four halls, childcare and shopping facilities on 3,100 square meters, as well as various services.
The project was developed by Senn Resources, with Baumschlager Eberle St. Gallen responsible for the architecture. The total investment volume is estimated at CHF 167 million.
Stenna Flims was the largest private construction site in the canton of Graubünden, the initiators say. The development is intended to be a focal point of Flims, connecting the parts of the village with each other and paving the way for the future.
