Hiag buys in St. Gallen

Hiag is taking over the company site as part of a sale-and-lease-back transaction. According to the real estate company, the site covers around 64,000 sqm and is located on Lake Constance in the western district of the municipality of Goldach.

A long-term lease agreement has been signed with the seller Amcor Flexibles Rorschach AG, a subsidiary of the Australian packaging group Amcor, the statement continues. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. (ah)
