Zurich: PSP project at Beatenplatz is fully let
PSP Swiss Property has leased the gastronomy area of its property on Beatenplatz to Candrian Catering. This means that the property, which is currently being renovated, is fully leased.
Candrian Catering AG will operate a gastronomy concept called Du Pont Brasserie & Bar with approximately 200 indoor and 300 outdoor seats at Beatenplatz from 2021, PSP says. Features of the concept include a spacious garden and a large bar.
This letting means that the property on Beatenplatz, which is currently being renovated and has the address Waisenhausstrasse 2-4/Bahnhofquai 7, is fully let, PSP added. In addition to Candrian Catering, Ruby Hotels & Resorts will open a 210-room hotel at this location in mid-2021.
The property on Beatenplatz is the second of a total of three construction phases of the large-scale Bahnhofquai/-platz project opposite Zurich's main railway station. PSP is convinced that the entire building complex at this prime location will become much more attractive as a result of the ongoing renovations and thanks to the well-known tenants. (ah)
