Arbon: Arbonia sells property
The building supplier Arbonia has sold an industrial property. The new owner Ri-Ma Immobilien is considering rezoning.
Arbonia AG has sold an industrial property of around 57,000 square meters in the Brunnenwiese area in Arbon (TG) via its associated company AFG Immobilien. The property is the largely undeveloped area bordering the Corporate Center on Amriswilerstrasse, according to the company.
The zoning took place in 2006 for the construction of Arbonia's current headquarters. The buyer, Ri-Ma Immobilien AG, is examining a rezoning of the property to a residential and commercial zone, according to the statement. The amount of the purchase price was not disclosed. (ah)
