Landis+Gyr will move into the new building at Alte Steinhauserstrasse 18 at the turn of 2020/2021 and rent just under 6,200 square meters of office space, Alfred Müller AG announced. The company has also been commissioned with the interior finishing of the premises.

With this contract, Alfred Müller has leased three of the four Helix commercial buildings in the Städtler Allmend business park in Cham less than a year before the completion of the first buildings. AMAG will move into two buildings from autumn 2019, according to the statement. The lease agreement for this was already concluded in 2017. Now the building Alte Steinhauserstrasse 14 with a usable floor space of a good 5,400 sqm is still being marketed; here, partial areas starting at around 350 sqm are also being rented out.

Alfred Müller AG says it is investing around CHF 130 million in the superstructure in Cham. (ah)
