Ginesta Immobilien opens office in St. Moritz
Ginesta Immobilien opened a new office in St. Moritz at the beginning of January. The manager of the new location is Sascha Ginesta.
After Küsnacht, Horgen and Chur, St. Moritz is the fourth branch of Ginesta Immobilien. The brokerage firm is taking over the customer base and business premises of A. Mächler Immobilien AG, and employee Morena Vassella will in future look after the Engadin mandates for Ginesta. The new office will be managed by Sascha Ginesta, who will henceforth be responsible for the Chur and St. Moritz locations.
According to Ginesta Immobilien, a St. Moritz office had been in the planning for some time, as the Engadine represents an interesting market for the company and, as a vacation region, fits well with the customer portfolio. "The new location allows a short-term support of already existing customers as well as new sales and purchase interested parties," says Sascha Ginesta. (ah)
