Admicasa plans new building project in Waltenschwil

Admicasa Holding has acquired building land in Waltenschwil for the construction of a residential development. In two apartment buildings, 24 residential units with 2.5 to 4.5 room apartments are planned. According to Admicasa, the ten single-family houses will be built "in the upper middle segment" and will have 5.5 to 6.5 rooms.

According to the real estate company, the total cost of the land purchase is CHF five million, while the investment for the construction of the properties is estimated at around CHF 15 million. It said the land purchase was notarised as of January 17, 2019, and the transfer of ownership is planned within the first quarter of 2019. The project and construction phase is expected to take around 1.5 years.

The municipality is located in the district of Muri in the immediate vicinity of Wohlen and Bremgarten, about 25 minutes from the city of Zurich. (ah)
