Zurich: Douglas rents space in Löwenstrasse
The perfumery chain Douglas is to open its tenth store in Switzerland on Zurich's Löwenstrasse. SPG Intercity Zurich brokered the lease.
Douglas rents a retail space at Löwenstrasse 29, the chain takes over the space from fashion chain Zebra. The owner of the property is the real estate fund Credit Suisse Real Estate Fund Interswiss. According to SPG Intercity Zurich, Douglas was already leased at the address from 1993 to 2013.
The new store is scheduled to open in spring 2019; it will be the tenth Douglas perfumery in Switzerland. In total, the company operates around 2,400 stores in 21 European countries. (ah)
