Buttikon: Groundbreaking ceremony for new Alti Glasi building project
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Alti Glasi residential project was held on the site of the former glass factory in Buttikon (SZ). 46 rental and owner-occupied apartments are being built.
The Alti Glasi development in the village center of Buttikon comprises apartment buildings at Dorfplatz 6+8 with a total of 22 condominiums in various sizes - from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms. In addition, three apartment buildings with a total of 24 rental apartments (3.5 and 4.5 rooms) and four commercial spaces on the first floor are being built.
Sales of the condominiums have "got off to a very good start," according to Lifestyle Immobilien AG, which has been commissioned with the marketing. The apartments should be ready for occupancy from summer 2020. (ah)
