Allreal plans residential development in Winterthur
Allreal wants to build a development with a total of ten apartment buildings on Florenstrasse in Winterthur. The building application for the first of two subprojects has already been submitted.
According to a statement by the real estate company, the superstructure is being built on a plot of land measuring around 15,000 sqm, and the leasable area will reportedly be 6,232 sqm. The investment volume is put at CHF 65 million.
The development consists of eight four-story apartment buildings with a total of 51 condominium apartments, which Allreal is building as its own project, and two four-story apartment buildings with a total of ten rental apartments, which are being built on behalf of a private developer. The project also includes two parking garages with 74 parking spaces and six visitor parking spaces. The entire residential development will meet the Minergie-P standard, according to the statement.
At the end of February, Allreal submitted the building application for the first part of the project - six apartment buildings with a total of 41 apartments. Depending on the approval process, the residential development is expected to be realized between autumn 2019 and the end of 2021, Allreal added. (ah)
