Investis reduces stake in La Foncière de la Dixence

Investis reduces its stake in La Foncière de la Dixence to 41.7%. The project company is currently realizing the planning and financing of the Dixence Resort development project in Hérémence (VS), which is to be completed in several stages over the next few years.

The overall project covers an area of around 25,000 square meters and includes a hotel with 60 rooms, a thermal bath and wellness center, five chalets, and seven apartment buildings with a total of 85 apartments in condominium ownership. The hotel and spa will open at the end of 2020. The site has direct access to the Thyon 2000 - Les Collons ski area, which is part of the "4 Vallées" winter sports region.

As a result of the reduction in the shareholding, the project will be managed by Investis as a financial investment and valued at the pro rata equity value, the company further announces. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. (ah)
