Baar: Start of construction for second stage of Quadrolith
Alfred Müller AG will start construction work on the second stage of the Quadrolith commercial development in Baar on April 1.
Construction work on the second Quadrolith building will last until spring 2022, Alfred Müller AG announced. Marketing of the total of 17,250 sqm of commercial space had already begun in December 2018. The new building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Baar/Zug freeway junction, and the Neufeld light rail stop is a five-minute walk away.
Alfred Müller AG is building the Quadrolith development in Baar and the Helix development in Cham, investing a total of CHF 300 million. "Since we have achieved a good marketing status at both locations, we now want to initiate the second stage at Quadrolith," says Chairman of the Board Christoph Müller.
In the first stage, Biogen International, AstraZeneca Switzerland, and Asset Management
Partners AG leased in. AMAG and Landis+Gyr will move into the Helix commercial building. (ah)
