Wallisellen: Laying of the foundation stone for UpGreat
In the center of Wallisellen, the foundation stone for the UpGreat residential development was laid at the end of March. Eiffage Suisse is the project developer and general contractor.
Near the Wallisellen train station, four apartment buildings with a total of 39 condominiums, commercial space and a two-story underground parking garage are being built on a site of around 2,500 sqm. The floor area is around 7,700 sqm.
The condominiums have 2.5 to 4.5 rooms and "very different floor plans," according to Eiffage Suisse. According to the information, the residential units are equipped with built-in wardrobes and wash towers, among other things, and réduits are also planned in the larger apartments.
According to Eiffage Suisse, construction will take around 23 months; the apartments should be ready for occupancy in summer 2020. (ah)
