Zurich: Large-scale letting in Bahnhofstrasse
On Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse, SPG Intercity leased 800 sqm of office space to an internationally renowned media company in April.
The real estate service provider was commissioned by the owner of the property at Bahnhofstrasse 13/17, Swiss Life, to find new tenants for the historic building with a total of around 2,500 sqm of leasable space.
Having already leased more than 1,000 sqm, the media company, which is moving from its previous Zurich location, has been awarded a further 800 sqm on the 1st floor.
In the property, which has been modernized with the finest materials, only the 3rd floor with around 620 sqm is now available, says Gabriela Brandenberg, Head Office and Retail at SPG Intercity Zurich. (bw)
