The five-story administration building is being built according to plans byBaumschlager Eberle Architekten. It is located only a few minutes' walk from the historic city center and is well connected to public transport.

The administration building is to form the future center of various municipal facilities with a central access square between the swimming pool, town hall and town house.

According to a statement from Implenia, the new building will be constructed to the Minergie-P standard. The shell is scheduled for completion by the end of January 2020, and the building envelope by the end of July 2020. The handover of the keys is planned for February 2021. (ah)
