Mobimo plans residential development in Regensdorf
According to a media report, Mobimo is planning a development with more than 200 rental apartments on the Studer-Revox site in Regensdorf (ZH).
Like the Zürcher Unterländer reports, the Studer-Revox building near the Regensdorf-Watt train station is to be demolished. On the 12,500-square-meter site, 204 apartments are planned in a perimeter block development. According to the report, the building blocks will run along Althardstrasse, Ostring and Feldstrasse and frame an inner courtyard.
Commercial enterprises and stores are to be located on the first floors, while rental apartments are planned for the six upper floors, mainly with 2.5 to 3.5 rooms, according to the report. A project by the Zurich-based architectural firm Marazzi + Paul will be realized.
The building project will be put out to public tender in June, and a building permit can be expected at the end of 2019. The Studer Revox building could then be demolished next spring. (ah)
