The Helix development is being built in the Städtlerallmend business park in Cham. Alfred Müller AG says it is investing around CHF 128 million in the project. Construction started in April 2017, and the first two buildings are to be handed over to AMAG at the beginning of October this year. The company rents 11,500 square meters of commercial space and plans to move in with 930 employees.

Chairman of the Board of Directors and building owner Christoph Müller said at the topping-out ceremony that, after AMAG, Landis+Gyr will take over an entire building with around 6,200 square meters of office space at the end of 2020. Negotiations are currently underway with various interested parties for the fourth Helix building. (ah)
