Buchrain: Start of construction for Haslirainpark
Steiner is building the Haslirainpark residential complex on the site of the Perlen paper mill in Buchrain (LU).
The symbolic groundbreaking ceremony for Haslirainpark was held in mid-June. Steiner is developing a residential complex with six apartment buildings here.
The Steiner Investment Foundation is the landowner of the land area for the future condominium units, while Suva is the owner of the planned rental apartments.
There will be 2.5- to 5.5-room apartments, some with garden. Occupancy is planned for spring 2021. (ah)
