Implenia sells new building project to Swiss Life
Implenia sells the KIM inno-living residential and commercial development in Winterthur's Neuhegi district to Swiss Life. The investment volume is over CHF 140 million.
The KIM inno-city project is being developed, planned and built by Implenia according to a design by BDE Architekten. The superstructure is part of the overall development in the Neuhegi district.
According to a statement by Implenia, a total of over 200 apartments or around 17,000 sqm of rentable space will be created, with 900 sqm of public-oriented uses planned for the first floor of the superstructure. The building will have seven full floors and an attic floor, with a wooden structure from the second floor up. Implenia has now sold the project, with an investment volume of CHF 140 million, to Swiss Life and is now realizing it as a total contractor.
The building permit was issued in January of this year, and construction began at the beginning of June. Completion is scheduled for spring 2022. (ah)
