The villa at Parkring 12 in Zurich's Enge district dates from 1886 and was built in the historicist style. It is listed in the inventories of monument preservation and garden monument preservation of the city of Zurich.

The building comprises three upper floors with an area of around 700 square meters, which were previously used as offices. In addition, there is a basement and a large roof terrace with a view over Zurich.
