Brügg: Groundbreaking ceremony for Steiner residential development
The groundbreaking ceremony for the "Am Südhang" residential development was held in Brügg in the Bernese Seeland region. The project was developed by Steiner AG.
On the eastern edge of Brügg (BE), on a slope with a view of the Alps and the Mittelland, three detached apartment buildings with a total of 24 condominiums are being built. The "Am Südhang" development also includes an underground car park with 37 spaces and direct access to the houses.
The apartments comprise 3.5 to 5.5 rooms and have open-plan living and dining areas. Glass fronts and floor-to-ceiling sliding sashes allow views in three directions. According to Steiner AG, around half of the apartments have already been sold or reserved.
Kindergarten, schools and shopping facilities can be reached from the site within a few minutes' walk; the journey by car to Biel city centre takes ten minutes. The site is also connected to public transport by bus and the S-Bahn network. (ah)
