In Manegg, on the "Obere Allmend" site between Sihl and Allmendstrasse, Mobimo is planning a development with apartments, commercial premises and a kindergarten. The real estate company plans to construct four buildings with a total of 275 apartments, 111 of which will be built on behalf of the non-profit housing association Logis Suisse.

The "Masmarismas" project by HLS Architekten and ASP Landschaftsarchitekten, which resulted from a study commission, is to be realized. A supplementary private design plan is required for the development. No objections were received during the consultation period from January 12 to March 12, 2019, according to the Zurich Building Department. The city council has now approved the proposal. The next step is to submit the design plan to the canton for approval. The city council can then bring it into force. (ah)
