Wädenswil: Green light for Intershop project
Intershop Holding is one step further with its AuPark residential project in Wädenswil (ZH). The municipal council has approved the private design plan for the project.
The AuPark development is to be built on the former Aucenter site in Wädenswil. According to Intershop and 200 new apartments are planned, as well as a supplementary neighborhood supply and a cantonal school for the left bank of Lake Zurich. A public park with a playground is to be created at the center of the site.
The municipal council of Wädenswil has approved the partial revision of the land use plan required for the construction project and the associated private design plan for the site. The decision is subject to an optional referendum. (ah)
