RFR Holding invests in Switzerland for the first time
RFR Holding GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, has acquired its first real estate property in Switzerland: The company secured the property at Bahnhofstrasse 52 in Zurich.

Since the beginning of July, the property at Bahnhofstrasse 52, a six-storey building constructed in 1882 with a total lettable area of around 1,600 square metres, has been part of RFR Holding GmbH's portfolio. The seller of the building and its approx. 430 square metre corner plot is a German-Swiss owners' association, which is managed by the asset management of the Zurich-based Avobis Group.
"It's very nice that we've managed to gain a foothold in Switzerland with a property in one of the most prominent locations in Zurich, a city we've had our sights set on for a long time," says Alexander Koblischek, Managing Director of RFR.
RFR Holding GmbH is part of the RFR Group of the two German-born real estate investors Aby Rosen and Michael Fuchs. Currently, the RFR Group manages real estate assets of 12 billion euros in the USA and Germany, of which approx. 3 billion euros are in Germany. RFR Management GmbH, based in Frankfurt/Main, is responsible for the property and asset management of the RFR Group's real estate portfolio, which comprises over one million square meters of space in Germany.
