Markspace becomes tenant in City Plaza Dietikon

In the first half of the year, SF Commercial Properties Funds concluded six new leases for City Plaza Dietikon, and at the beginning of August the fund also acquired coworking provider Markspace as a new tenant.

Markspace will lease a 1,700-square-foot space on the first floor of the property and open its second location in Zurich next year after remodeling work, SF Commercial Properties said. The lease will run for 12.5 years, it said.

At City Plaza Dietikon, more than 2,500 sqm have reportedly been leased in the current year, representing an occupancy rate of more than 20%. (ah)
