Flawil: Groundbreaking ceremony for Am Landberg development
The groundbreaking ceremony for the Am Landberg residential development was held in Flawil. Three apartment buildings with rental apartments are being built.
On the former site of the Magos company and later of Bühler AG Uzwil in Flawil (SG), construction has officially started on the Am Landberg residential development. The real estate company Uze is building the development, which will comprise a total of 39 rental apartments with two to five rooms.
Small apartments will be set up in the head building on Landbergstrasse, large apartments will be built in the middle apartment building, and the third apartment building is intended for mixed living, with space for both single- and multi-person households. The apartments should be ready for occupancy from summer 2021.
