Zurich: Vontobel rents space in Genferstrasse
Vontobel has leased 2,000 sqm of office space at Genferstrasse 8 in Zurich. SPG Intercity Zurich acted as agent on behalf of Artemis Immobilien.
Vontobel will move into the commercial property as sole tenant at the end of the year. According to SPG Intercity Zurich, the property in District 2, which was built in 1895, has been completely refurbished, given a modern extension and equipped with refrigeration.
The historic façade facing Genferstrasse has been preserved, and the rear of the building has been clad with a glass façade. The property comprises a total of six floors and an underground garage in the basement. (ah)
