The "Real Estate Workshop" at Poststrasse 10 in Küsnacht brings together under one roof the real estate service provider Blaser Gränicher, the architectural firm Kaspar Partner, Losinger Marazzi, the developer SK Real Estates, the law firm Quadras Attorneys at Law, which specializes in real estate law, among other things, Hypo Zug, and Caretta + Gitz AG, which offers construction management and overall planning.

While Blaser Gränicher AG integrates its offices into the workshop, the remaining partners use the premises as a coworking space. In addition, there is an area in the real estate workshop with a bar, bar and lounge that can be used as an event space for presentations and events.

According to the initiators, public "workshop talks" on current topics in the real estate industry are planned. The intention is to maintain a dialog with the various professional networks, but also with the general public.

The impetus for the real estate center came from Michael Blaser, former CEO of Wüst und Wüst and head of marketing at the Intercity Group. He set up his own company, Blaser Gränicher, with David Gränicher at the beginning of 2018 and moved into the lakeside basement of the Hotel Central in Küsnacht. Even then, it was planned that the vacant restaurant would be converted into offices.

On Saturday, September 28, 2019, the "Real Estate Workshop" will open its doors for the first time to the interested public. (ah)
