Bern: TerraBern is building in Eymatt
TerraBern is building a residential complex in Eymatt. The building cooperative receives the land from the city of Bern in building rights.
TerraBern receives the property, which is owned by the Fund for Land and Housing Policy, at Eymattstrasse 146 and 146a in building rights. According to the Bern municipal council, the annual building lease interest amounts to CHF 100,000.
The building cooperative, in which the city has a share of over 50%, will realise the Nature Pure project with a total of 34 apartments - from 1.5 to 5 rooms - on the site. The project emerged as the winner of an overall performance competition held by the fund in 2015. TerraBern is taking over the project for CHF 410,000. (ah)
