ETH Zurich has rented almost 3,000 square meters on Stampfenbachstrasse in Zurich. Engel & Völkers Commercial Zurich brokered the lease.
The commercial property at Stampfenbachstrasse 114 has a total usable area of approx. 2,900 sqm. The building was constructed in 1968 and completely refurbished and upgraded to a high standard in 2008.
