Zurich: Westhive expands location
Coworking provider Westhive plans to expand its main location at Hardturmstrasse 161 in Zurich by more than 25%. It will create 80 more workstations and additional facilities.
As Westhive announces on its website, the new coworking space, called Mountain View, will be located on the 6th floor of the property and will feature 80 workstations, a large "ideation room" and a fitness room on 780 square meters by next spring. A rooftop terrace bar is also reportedly planned.
It is the second expansion of Westhive Hardturmstrasse, which opened in April 2018. In total, the coworking space will comprise 360 workstations in the future. The reason for the expansion is that one and a half years of operation had almost reached the limits of capacity, the company said. It also said it would "open further locations in the city of Zurich very soon." The property on Hardturmstrasse is owned by PSP Swiss Property. (ah)
