Zurich: 11Teamsports opens first store in Switzerland
The online retailer for football articles 11Teamsports has opened its first stationary store in Switzerland - in Zurich city centre.
As the online magazine Shoe Market News reported11Teamsports opened a branch at Löwenstrasse 2 in Zurich on October 5. The company sells football boots, jerseys, training and team sports equipment, lifestyle and fan articles on 300 sqm.
The aim of the store is to create a meeting place for football fans, the report continues. 11Teamsports so far operates 14 stores in Germany, including a flagship store in Berlin, and six stores in Austria. With the branch in Löwenstrasse, the company also wants to push ahead with the expansion of its stationary shops in Switzerland. (ah)
