Köniz: Start of construction for Blauäcker development
In Köniz (BE), construction work has begun on the second stage of the Bläuacker development. Apartments as well as service and retail areas are being built.
Together with Losinger Marazzi, Orox Asset Management is realizing 29 rental apartments with 2.5 to 4.5 rooms as well as around 1,100 sqm of service and retail space to the Minergie standard in two structures for the ERRES real estate fund.
For the service and retail areas, the future landlord is in talks with various potential tenants from different sectors, Losinger Marazzi and the municipality of Köniz wrote in a joint statement.
Various demolition work is currently being carried out on the site, and excavation work will start in December. Completion is planned for the summer of 2021. (ah)
