Zurich: Wincasa moves into the Yond
The real estate service provider Wincasa is giving up its location in Winterthur's Grüzefeldstrasse and moving to the Yond property in Zurich-Albisrieden.
According to Wincasa, all employees will move from Grüzefeldstrasse 41 in Winterthur and from Reitergasse in Zurich to Yond in stages from mid-2020 until 2022 at the latest. Various options are being examined for the Reitergasse site, the company said.
The other locations are not affected by the move. Wincasa's headquarters will remain in Winterthur.
Wincasa is a group company of SPS Swiss Prime Site, the owner of the Yond. (ah)
