Zurich: New office tenants in Bahnhofstrasse
A total of more than 650 sqm of office space was newly leased in the properties at Bahnhofstrasse 84 and 98-100. SPG Intercity Zurich acted as agent on behalf of the main tenants.
Office space totaling 167 square meters at Bahnhofstrasse 84 has been leased to a financial firm that is relocating its headquarters from the right bank of Lake Zurich to the Central Business District, according to a statement from SPG Intercity Zurich.
At Bahnhofstrasse 98-100, SPG Intercity Zurich already brokered 242 sqm on the second floor to a financial services provider in September. A law firm has now leased 250 sqm on the third floor.
SPG Intercity Zurich had been commissioned by the two main tenants of the properties to find the new tenants. (ah)
