Senior residence invests in Martigny
Senioresidenz AG has acquired a residential and nursing home in Martigny (VS) for CHF 17 million.
The residential and care center "Les Tourelles" is located near the city of Martigny and offers 46 places, including 30 single rooms and eight double rooms. The usable area of around 2,200 sqm is divided between a villa and an annex.
The operator of the center is Tertianum. The lease runs until 2034 and has renewal options. The target rental income is around CHF 900,000 per year.
As Senioresidenz informs, the notarization has already taken place. The transfer of ownership of the property was scheduled for December 1, 2019. (ah)
