Urdorf: Commercial property changes hands
Selfstorages AG has acquired an office and commercial property in Urdorf. Swiss Commercial Invest was commissioned by the owner with the sale.
The company has decided to sell the Urdorf site for strategic reasons, Swiss Commercial Invest reports. As part of a structured sales process, a suitable buyer was found in Selfstorages AG.
The company and its subsidiaries already operate over 20 self-storage locations throughout Switzerland. The acquisition of the Urdorf property will enable the company to expand its presence in German-speaking Switzerland. (ah)
