Zug Estates announces that the last of the 85 condominiums in the Aglaya garden tower on the Suurstoffi site in Rotkreuz has been sold. "With this last signed purchase agreement, we were able to achieve our ambitious goal of selling all apartments by the time the building is completed," says Tobias Achermann, CEO of Zug Estates Holding.

Staggered occupancy of the condominiums in the 70-meter-high building began in early November and is scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2020, he said.

The first to third floors of Aglaya contain 1,800 sqm of commercial space leased to coworking provider Spaces. The company officially opened its premises on December 3.

As a result of the sale of the Aglaya condominiums, an additional special dividend is to be proposed to the Annual General Meeting in 2020 and 2021 respectively, Zug Estates further announces. The Board of Directors intends to decide on the amount of the profit share available for this special distribution in the first quarter of 2020. (ah)
