The Circle: SAP and Hyatt become office tenants
The major project The Circle at Zurich Airport has found further tenants. Among others, SAP and Hyatt International will occupy office space.
According to a statement from Zurich Airport, software company SAP Switzerland will relocate its Zurich headquarters of more than 4,500 square meters to The Circle. Hyatt International plans to locate its headquarters for Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Southwest Asia (EAME/SWA) in the large-scale project. Hyatt will also operate two hotels and the Convention Centre in The Circle. The hotel group's headquarters will be located directly above the Convention Centre.
Zurich Airport further announces that new contracts have been signed in recent weeks with a hair salon, Valora Switzerland, Läderach and CC Swiss. Valora wants to implement the new convenience concept "avec", CC Swiss will operate an outpatient beauty clinic under the brand "CC Aesthetic".
The Circle will open in stages beginning in September 2020. (ah)
