Upon taking possession on December 1, 2019, the residential property at Zelglistrasse 7/9, Gartenstrasse 26/28/30 in Olten is now part of the real estate fund's portfolio.

According to a statement from Raiffeisen, the property consists of four fully rented apartment buildings with a total of 56 apartments (2.5 to 5.5 rooms) as well as 57 parking spaces and 17 outdoor parking spaces. The buildings each have four or eight full floors and a basement and are surrounded by large green areas in a quiet residential neighborhood. In the immediate vicinity are a school, a kindergarten and a bus stop. The Sälipark shopping center and the University of Applied Sciences are 800 m away on foot, and the train station is 1.2 km away.

According to the fund, the houses were built in 1974 and extensively renovated between 2004 and 2018. Although they are in good and well-maintained condition, the intention is to replace the oil heating with a fossil-free alternative in the medium term, to ecologically upgrade the surroundings and to install a photovoltaic system, it says.
