Fribourg region: UBS investment groups buy specialist store
The two investment groups UBS AST-IS and UBS AST-KIS have acquired the Poya Centre specialty store in Granges-Paccot (FR).
The store is located on the Route du Morat, around 500 m from the Fribourg Nord freeway junction (A12) and right next to the Fribourg ice hockey stadium.
Poya Centre comprises nine stores on around 15,000 sqm, plus 380 outdoor parking spaces. According to UBS, the property has been fully leased for many years.
The UBS AST-IS and UBS AST-KIS investment groups each took a 50% interest in the property. (ah)
