Axa invests in Geneva
Axa expands its real estate portfolio in Geneva with the purchase of a residential property.
Axa Investment Managers Switzerland has acquired the residential property Rue Crespin 10 in Geneva's Eaux-Vives district on behalf of Axa.
According to a statement from Axa, the building dates from 1957 and has a mix of small apartments and large family apartments. In total, the property includes 35 apartments, a co-owned parking garage and large green spaces outside. The house is located next to a school and the Parc Alfred Bertrand. (ah)
